The ADALIA X3M EXTENDA™ has been specially designed for areas that require a full projection but cannot accommodate the minimum width requirements of a standard awning.

As a result of the cross-arm setup, the ADALIA X3M EXTENDA™ awnings can be manufactured with the projection equal or greater than the width of the awning.

The ADALIA X3M PLUS™ is a modification of the ADALIA X3M™ retractable awning with unique slope adjustment gears incorporated into the arm shoulders. As a result, the ADALIA X3M PLUS™ awning allows infinite inclination adjustments of both arms simultaneously at any time keeping the arms aligned, which means your awning will remain levelled as the inclination is changed. Most parts for ADALIA X3M PLUS™ are made from extruded, thermally treated, and artificially aged aluminum, making them immune to corrosion, Standard powder coated frame colours offered are white, ivory, black or spinnaker beige.

The BRAVO™ awning is a semi-cassette retractable awning system where the roller with fabric top is enclosed by the top and bottom profiles, leaving only the arms and valance exposed when the awning is retracted. The semi-cassette protects the fabric top from dirt and debris, the elements and wildlife. A specially designed mechanism of the arm shoulder forces the front bar to pull into the cassette, forming a tight enclosure that prevents unwelcomed creatures from making your awning their home.

Drop arm awnings are our most popular model for shading windows. They are retractable, thus giving you the option to shade the entire window or just part of it. Drop arms can be motorized or manually operated; for higher installations, we suggest a motorized operation.

The arms on the drop arm awning, when extended, determine the length of the projection and the angle of the fabric.

Installing a drop arm or basket awning can save you money. Studies have shown that an awning over your window can reduce indoor temperature by as much as 8° and reduce heat loss by 12°.

The Palazzo® Royal is among the largest and most durable, sizing as big as 7m x7m square, 8m x 6m rectangular or 8m in diameter round, offering high wind resistance.

The Palazzo® Noblesse, a similar but slightly smaller model, measuring up to 6m x 6m square, 6m x 5m rectangular or 7m in diameter round. Both of the Palazzo models are operated by hand crank. They can withstand wind up to 60-90 km/hour.

The Castello® model is slightly lighter than the Palazzo models, measuring up to 5m x 5m square, 5m x 4m rectangular or 6m in diameter round, with the same sleek style, and durability, at a smaller cost. The Castello can be either operated by a crank or tensioning lever.

PHYSIQUE XL™ is a heavy duty awning system exclusively designed for 13’0″ (4m) projection and has chain driven arms. Every retractable awning model, while extended, experiences considerable mechanical loads, especially during windy conditions. These loads become more significant for awnings with larger projections and in particular a 13’0″ projection. The PHYSIQUE XL™ features exceptionally robust arm shoulders designed to handle the torque where the arm is connected to the square bar. The model also features powerful lateral arms with rigid stainless steel chain links.

With its massive size, the PHYSIQUE XL™ awning is constructed using heavy duty reinforced profiles (front bar, arm profiles) and forged arm casts, adding strength and stability to the overall system.

All parts are made of corrosion-resistant materials and finished with a White, Black, Ivory or Spinnaker Beige powder coating. Each awning is manufactured to the client’s specification with custom widths starting from 15′ wide, and increases by as little as 1″ increments.

The PHYSIQUE XL™ frame is backed by a 5-year warranty.

The Rolling Pergola is a cassette style awning designed to cover large outdoor spaces. As a single unit, you can cover an area up to 23′ wide and 20′ deep. For wider areas, multiple units can be installed side by side with an optional rain gutter. Rolling Pergola can withstand winds up to 50 km/h. Guide rails have integrated gas cylinders that keep the fabric under tension. When the system is fully extended, you can further tighten the fabric using a special fabric locking mechanism. Rolling Pergola is suitable for both sun and rain coverage and requires less than a 15-degree slope for water runoff. Optional wall connection profile is available to prevent water access behind the cassette.

The frame is available in White, Sand, Bronze and Black finishes. Rolling Pergola comes equipped with a Somfy motor.

Contemporary designed SOMBRANO® S+ side post umbrellas certainly make a statement. They serve as the ideal cover for large patio dining sets, conversation seating, pool and spa areas at your home or cottage. These umbrellas are also suitable for commercial applications. ROLLTEC® offers over 100 choices of solution-dyed, marine grade acrylic fabrics for your customized umbrella.

The SOMBRANO® S+ side post umbrella is made of heavy duty anodized aluminum and comes with a protective cover. Available as 3m (10’0″) or 3.5m (11’6″) square. The SOMBRANO® S+ may be opened and closed by a self-locking crank mechanism and can withstand winds up to 35-45 km/h. A turntable ball bearing base rotates the umbrella 360°. Each umbrella is equipped with an easy pitch mechanism that enables the user to tilt it side to side in 18° increments, up to 54°. The SOMBRANO® S+ fabric top can be ordered with or without a vent. The SOMBRANO® S+ is backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The TILT-O-SHADE™ awning features chain driven arms and arm shoulders with an independently adjustable pitch, allowing you to raise or lower the front bar when you want, in a matter of seconds. Since each arm is adjusted individually, the awning can be angled so that one side is higher than the other (for water runoff or more shade on one side of the awning). Before retracting the awning, it is important to have the arms levelled to avoid fabric distortion.

LOUVERED PERGOLA is a fairly new product to the Canadian market. Components for this system are manufactured in Belgium by BRUSTOR. It features sturdy aluminum construction with large 210mm (8.25″) louveres. The movement of the louveres is controlled by a linear motor and Somfy remote. By rotating the louvers you can adjust the amount of incoming sunlight. A range of adjustments is 0 to 135 degrees. LOUVERED PERGOLA is highly resistant to wind and rated up to 120 km/h. Standard configuration comes with 4 posts, integrated pole supports and rain gutters along all sides. When the louvers are closed, gutters catch the rain and make it drain directly into vertical posts. Multiple modules can be coupled together along the width or projection to achieve greater coverage.

ZIP screens can be integrated into the frame between 2 posts. All screens are operated with RTS ALTUS motors and completed with screen fabric.

LED lighting can be incorporated into the frame and louveres.

Maximum dimensions for a single module (4 posts 1 roof element): 7.0m (23’0″) wide 4.0m (13’1″) deep or 6.0m (19’8″) wide 4.5m (14’9″) deep. If ordered with ZIP screens, maximum dimensions are as follows: 6.0m (19’8″) wide 4.0m (13’1″) deep

We offer a wide variety of stationary awnings (please see diagram above). Stationary awning frames are welded using galvalume profiles. Fabric tops are made from a marine grade solution dyed acrylic fabric and stretched across the frame using lacing method. Each frame is made to measure. Stationary awnings are popular with businesses and some residential applications when customers are looking for year-round protection.

To make commercial awnings stand out, you can consider adding graphics. Our SGS machine can apply custom graphics (multicolour logos or plain text) to the acrylic fabric. This advanced heat transfer technology bonds thermal film and acrylic fabric together, resulting in brilliant images and long lasting performance.
